How to Start a Return

Contact us at (480) 407-5800 or [email protected] to arrange any return. A copy of your invoice must be included with the returned item.

Return Window

Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Condition Requirements

Parts must be resaleable and in their original packaging. We cannot accept parts that have been used, installed, or tried, and electrical parts are not returnable under any circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse and return any part we find has been installed, used, or otherwise does not meet these criteria.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee is charged against all returned parts that are accepted under this policy.

Cancellation Policy

An order, or a portion of an order, may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession. If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer, a return fee of 15% may apply. Special-order items are marked as such on the product page, and this cancellation fee is disclosed at checkout before you complete your purchase — so you will never be charged this fee without having seen it in advance.
